We rate the condition of used shoes on a scale of 1-10. The used shoes we often clean are in almost the same condition as new ones, but cost significantly less. In addition, by buying used shoes, you act in an environmentally friendly way!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 14-day right of return for all orders after receiving the product. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product.

For return:
The product must be in its original condition and must be returned in its original shoe box. Please ensure all accessories and supplies are included so we can ensure a quick and smooth return process.

If your order is a pre-order, a 10% return fee will be charged for the return. However, you can choose the return amount as a gift card to our online store, in which case the 10% return fee is not charged.
