ONLINE SHOPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer trust is of paramount importance to us. We ensure that you can shop in our online store with confidence. Our goal is to offer clear and easy purchasing terms. You can read our terms and conditions below. Please note that the terms and conditions may change, so it is important to always familiarize yourself with them before ordering. The terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering will apply to your order.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to use our service ("Service") and accept the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use", "Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available via hyperlinks. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and/or content providers.

1.ORDERING FROM THE ONLINE STORE
1.1 Delivery and pickup
The ordered products will be delivered to the nearest post office to the delivery address you provided. Deliveries within Finland usually take 1-3 working days, while deliveries outside Finland usually take 5-8 working days.
Shipping costs are paid upon payment for the products and are determined in accordance with Posti's current pricing. Shipping costs are free for orders over €200.
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and tracking code in your email. It is recommended that you keep your receipt for future reference.
Vuoplug is not responsible for delays in deliveries that are not dependent on the operation of the online store.
Alternatively, you can also pick up the shoes directly from us in Helsinki. Contact us via Instagram and we will tell you where you can pick up the shoes.
1.2 Cancellation and refund
You have 14 days to return the product from the date of receipt. If the product has been used, there is no right of return! Please note that this also applies to used shoes. When returning the product, you will have to pay the postage fee.
Please contact us via email or Instagram to notify us of your return. Please remember to include your order number and possibly the reason for returning the product. We may ask you for additional information and possibly photos of the shoes.
We have taken detailed photos of all used shoes before sending them out, so we can see if you have used them. The product you are returning must be in its original condition and packaging. Make sure all tags and price tags are still in place. Also, make sure you return all parts.
1.3 Refund of payment
The payment will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice, if the shoes have been returned within this period. Please note that the obligation to return does not cover additional costs, such as postage.
1.4 Clear price errors
An incorrectly stated price is not binding on the seller if the error is so obvious that the consumer should have understood that the information was incorrect. For example, in situations where the difference between the stated price and the actual price is significantly large or the incorrect price can be considered exceptionally low compared to the general price level, the seller of the product has the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the seller reserves the right to correct the error and cancel the order.
1.5 Changing your order
If you would like to change your order, please contact us via email or Instagram. The change must be made before the product has been shipped.
1.6 Order restrictions
Only persons over the age of 15 can make purchases in the online store. Persons under the age of 18 can only pay for their purchases online.
1.6 Possible product defects
The seller has the right to cancel the transaction if the ordered product is not available. In this case, any payments made will be returned to the customer.
If the product you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you. It is possible that the product is out of stock, even though it is still listed on our website. In such cases, we will try to notify you as soon as possible.
1.7 Authenticity
We only sell products in our online store that are 100% authentic and verified.
Each product always undergoes a thorough authenticity check. We have been checking shoes and clothing for over four years, and through this experience we have developed a deep expertise in assessing authenticity.
We also use reliable, paid authentication services to ensure that each shoe is authentic. For clothing, we do not always use authentication services, as they cannot verify authenticity based on images alone. Instead, we check them ourselves and buy them from Europe's largest and most trusted suppliers. We also buy a small portion of our products from private sellers, as we can also sell products to them. These products always go through our own verification, a paid authentication check and a third-party verification.
You can shop in our online store with confidence, knowing that all our products are truly original and professionally inspected.

1.9 Walley Invoice/Installment Payment
Flexible payment – choose a lump sum or installments
Walley Invoice and Account Credit offer flexibility in paying for your online purchases, allowing you to wait for your order to arrive before making a payment. You can pay your invoice in one go or take advantage of an account credit that allows you to divide your payments into smaller monthly installments for up to 36 months.
Interest-free payment period on the invoice – safe and hassle-free
For your online store purchases, you always get 45 days of interest-free payment period on your invoice, which gives you the opportunity to review your purchases and return them if necessary before the invoice is due.
Utilizing the interest-free payment period requires a positive credit decision, which is easy to apply for in connection with the purchase transaction. You can apply for a credit decision if you are at least 18 years old, have a Finnish personal identity code and a permanent address in Finland. Your credit information will be checked from the Bisnode Finland Oy register.
The payment method can be used for purchases up to €5,000.
Once the credit decision is positive and you have confirmed the purchase, you will receive an invoice by email. If you want to pay in smaller installments and over a longer period (1-36 months), you must sign an overdraft agreement with Collector Bank AB after receiving your first invoice by logging in to my.walley.fi . After signing the overdraft agreement, you will be granted a credit limit that you can use for subsequent purchases in accordance with the credit terms.
When you have a valid credit agreement, you must pay the minimum amount stated on the invoice by the due date, but you can pay a larger amount if you wish. From now on, you will receive a monthly invoice by email until the credit is fully repaid. You can always repay the credit in larger installments than what is stated on the invoice, if you wish.

2. OTHER CONDITIONS
2.1 Disagreements
Any disagreements will primarily be resolved through negotiation.
The legal relationship between the online store and the customer is governed by Finnish law. The seller is liable for any defects in the products in accordance with Finnish law.
In cases of disagreement, Vuoplug complies with the decisions of the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board ( www.kuluttajariita.fi) or the corresponding authorities in European countries ( http://ec.europa.eu/odr) . If negotiations fail to reach a mutually satisfactory solution, the disputes will be resolved in a competent court.
2.2 Force majeure
We are not liable for the performance of our contractual obligations or for any delay in their performance if the performance is prevented by events beyond our control, i.e. so-called force majeure. Force majeure is an event that could not have been foreseen at the time the contract was concluded. Such events may include, for example, strikes, lockouts, external labor disputes, staff illness, storms, other natural disasters, power outages, postal or road traffic disruptions, and the failure of public or private IT networks.
The parties to the contract, i.e. the buyer and the seller, may cancel the contract if it is affected by force majeure for more than 30 days.
2.3 Customer communication
By accepting our online store's terms and conditions and placing an order, you agree to receive customer service messages related to your purchase.
From time to time, we reward our customers with special offers and benefits, and in such cases we will only approach those customers who have opted in to receive marketing messages. In other words, if you choose to opt out of receiving marketing messages from Vuoplug, we will not send you messages about potential customer benefits or offers.
2.4 Intellectual property rights
The content of the online store (including images, texts, product information, trademarks, videos, logos and tables) is the property of Vuoplugin and/or its partners, protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, and unauthorized use or copying is prohibited. Disputes regarding intellectual property rights are governed by Finnish law.
