To return an item:

The product must be in its original condition and returned in its original shoebox. Please make sure all accessories and extras are included to ensure a smooth and quick return process.

If your order was a pre-order, a 10% return fee will be deducted from your refund. However, you can choose to receive your refund as a store gift card, and in that case, the return fee will not be charged.

GS stands for "grade school" and refers to shoe sizes designed for both kids and adults. GS sizes range from EU 35.5 to EU 40, with the main difference being the price.
