The average delivery time for pre-orders is 5–14 business days.

We offer a pre-order service for all shoes that are not in stock. This allows you to order the exact shoes you want, even if they are not immediately available.

The sizes available for pre-order are visible on the product page. When you select the size you want, you will see a "Pre-order" button below the size.

Used shoes can also be pre-ordered, but they cannot be ordered directly through our website. Please contact us, for example via Instagram, if you would like to pre-order used shoes. The same terms and conditions apply to used shoes as to new shoes.

Terms:

• A pre-order cannot be canceled after the shoes you ordered have been found.
• A 10% return fee will be charged for returning a pre-order.
• However, you can choose to receive the refund as a gift card to our online store. In this case, the 10% return fee will not be charged.
